FAQ
Q: Who maintains the trail from 219th PL NE to Redmond Ridge?

A: Previously, the HOA had been in touch with King County Parks and Recreation and discovered they are only responsible for 18’ either side of the Eagle trail which follows the gas pipeline.  KCP&R stated their guidance was either the Westchester HOA or the Redmond Ridge HOA.  The Westchester board believes that they are responsible for the first 50’ of the trail as it leaves 219th Pl NE.
